Neon Boneyard - Las Vegas, Nevada. The neon boneyard, located outside of downtown Las Vegas is home to over 150 vintage signs and artifacts. Signs date from the late 1930s through the early 90s and represent casinos, resorts and local businesses in the Las Vegas Valley.

While not large (only 2 acres), the boneyard is amazingly rich in details and history - it’s almost overwhelming to take in. The Neon Museum oversees the property and it’s going through a major renovation. The boneyard will have a visitors center and exhibition capabilities in 2012. Tours are available – it’s definitely something to put on your ‘must do’ list on your next visit to Vegas.
