With 18 years of experience, he's always on the go to get his clients the 'perfect' shot. David is a past winner of the AAF Hawaii Young Advertising Person of the Year Award.

"I love to photograph people" says David. "Editorial and commercial portraiture is my favorite type of assignment. However, being a Hawaii photographer, you have to be skilled in a wide range of photography, and be good in all of them equally. Some of my recent projects have been a cookbook for Alan Wong, architectural photography for Commonwealth REIT and photos on the set of Iron Chef America."

Clients include Hawaiian Airlines, Farmers Insurance, Germany's Next Top Model, Verizon Wireless, Modern Luxury and General Motors.

When not behind the camera, you'll find him hiking in the Makiki rainforest, running at Ala Moana beach park or enjoying the heat of Bikram yoga.

Being David's assistant, she's always busy solving lighting challenges, retouching photos - and figuring out "where the heck did he leave his camera 'this' time?"
